I use Clif Shots for trail running, switched from the "u"ther brand because I just didn't agree with the taste fist and foremost, and my body just didn't really seem to like it. Clif Shots have been working great for me. No stomach problems besides user error (didn't drink enough water with the shot) and it provides a great energy boost/ fuel to keep on going. Plus it's mostly organic!!!!
