Overall very impressed, i received this boat for my birthday about a month ago, since then i have been out about 6 times in every setting from fast moving currents to open calm ponds. This boat is roomy yet snug in the best sense of the word. The hatch is large enough to store enough gear for a day or two and is very waterproof (stayed dry after playing in the waves for hours). I like to paddle a wide variety of water and with the this Dagger i can. The skeg really is awesome, it allows you to cut through current or paddle into the wind without being pushed of course. The boat is very well made i.e. stainless steel hardware and very comfy seat. The seat really is one of the best i have ever seen. Fully adjustable leg lifter, seat back and foot pegs. It is made in the USA which is great, definitely speaks to the quality. Dagger is of the same manufacturer as Wilderness systems, perception and mad river canoe, all great boat makers so you know you are getting a quality boat. I can not say enough great things about this boat. Try it you will not regret it!
