My son loves the thing, and its very convenient for around the house, the neighborhood or the trails. Construction seems good overall, the hip belt and back padding is very good. However, one of the snaps that secures the pad for the baby broke off after the 1st time I used it. Thankfully EMS has a good return policy which I will be taking advantage of. I expected more from a product which costs[$].
