Use this for a base layer while snowmobiling, working, or anywhere I may be chilly. It's very warm especially when worn under one of the poly thermals. They are a great combination. It functions perfectly. The mock neck is the perfect height also. It's not too tight where it chokes either. The only issues I possibly have with this item are keeping it white, and the sleeve length. The neck seems to stretch out minimally after wearing a couple days. Must be expected. Seems to reverse once washed. The sleeves do however hang off me. I'm not a big guy though. I'm 5'9" and 140+ And I ordered the small. It Does not fit me as tight as I would have liked, it's kinda baggy on my compact body. But I'm sure it's because I'm quite small. It still works wonders I'm very impressed. May want to order black though. The white seems to stain just from body sweat from wearing a day or two. Most washes out but some stays. So after having a few weeks and after a few washes u can see sorta start to see the off white patches. I'd like to order another but seems as if the sizes and colors are very limited. I've been trying to order a black S for a few weeks now.

Great for extended outdoor activities throughout the winter. EMS used to make a base layer designed like this out of a somewhat lighter material. That would have been my preference, although this one still works; I just use a lighter weight fleece mid-layer. The mock neck is a little tight for me (XL), if it doesn't stretch out over time I'll probably cut it off just above the seam.
