The fit is good and they look great too. I like the fact that they have zipper pockets instead of tacky Velcro. And they have a nice stretch to them which will aide in comfort. The material is thin, so these pants are better for warmer weather.

I asked for these pants based on the material and the review comments. However, after trying them on I will be returning them. Perhaps this is style, but the waist is cut way too low for me. For example, I sometimes bicycle to get places. The pant material would be ideal for this, but the crotch is very tight and I'd be showing serious plummers crack in these pants.
They look like great pants, but I suggest you try them on before you buy.

Very lightweight and quick drying, these pants make excellent travel pants. The stretchy fabric should be excellent for climbing and hiking, though I doubt they'd hold up well if climbing offwidths. They look sharp and have adequate pockets, and don't fit like the baggy cargo pocket-laden zip-offs I have been using. I don't think I'll miss having the legs zip off these are so light and stretchy. The material is thin, hence the light weight, so time will tell about their durability. Great value.

My husband received a pair of these pants from my daughter as a birthday present. We are very active and spend lots of time traveling. He said, and I quote, "These are the best pants I have ever owned." I bought him another pair. I really can't think of any down sides. I will say, however, these pants are for warmer weather, not the blisteringly cold temperatures we used to experience when we lived in Maine.

I am so excited to finally find a pair of pants that are quick drying, light weight and stretch to allow freedom of movement. I bought these to travel lightly and sink wash and to use for hiking. So many "travel" and outdoors pants are unflattering, high waisted and baggy. These fit my trim body shape exceptionally well. They stretch back to shape without getting stretched out. I want to wear them everyday but I am afraid to wear them out and not have them for travel. So I have purchased three pairs. Please don't stop making these!!!
