Had a little trouble getting the battery cap on, but other than that minor problem, it seemed to work great. I used it in Thailand and so far neither of us are sick, so I guess it worked!

Haven´t used it very much yet, but it´s easy to use and so far, I haven´t gotten sick. I´ve used it in Guayaquil, Ecuador.

Possibly good for extended backwoods camping but I haven't had it long enough to know about the battery life.
