I am 5'11, 175 lb and medium fit well. Similar sizing to EMS branded clothing.
Warm and comfortable as advertised. This shirt with an uninsulated softshell was plenty adequate for hiking in <20 F with strong winds.
Only 4 stars as I have not had it long enough to assess durability.

Well fitting base or second layer. The sleeves are nice and long to use with thumb holes or without. It is a good thickness and it washes well. Only possible improvement would be if you wanted a hood with it, but I have another base layer that has that when needed.
