I use the headband in conjunction with the Smartwool Neck Gaiter yesterday for an afternoon run across the Brooklyn Bridge (just before the sleet/snow came in). I was warm and my neck and face never felt cold. I would definitely suggest to anyone to buy this product for active use; especially if used in conjunction with the gaiter.
