These are the pants I have hoped to find for years. I bought one pair, after a week, bought two more in other colors. The fabric is strong, and the fit is flattering out of the laundry, and it stays that way after a day of biking and walking.

It has a lot of stretch, so it's nice to climb in in colder weather. The low rise is a little bit too low and it has a tendency to slide down my hips a bit after I've been wearing them for an hour or so, but they're very comfortable and I like that the material is on the heavier side.

There was only one review when I ordered these, and it said these ran small. I wear an 8 or sometimes a 10. Because of the review, I ordered size 10, and they literally fell off me - huge waist! Now they're sold out of 8's. Bah.

I really love these pants! I haven't worn corderoy since the eighties, but these are styled so great, they don't have that "Brady Bunch" feel! If you're like me and haven't had cords in a while, buy a lint remover! I love my pug but wearing him on my booty when I leave the house.... not cool! LOL! Overall great pair of pants that travel great and don't have that stiff feel that most athletis cords have!
