Ordered three 32ox bottles and 2 insulated sleeves. Sleeves are very hard to go on and do NOT fit like the picture. They are about 1 inch short and the draw string becomes useless because the top doesn't reach where the bottle gets narrow.
I'll be returning the sleeves.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Leaves at least an inch of uncovered surface at the top versus the way how it's shown on the picture which defeats the purpose of using it for winter hikes. Could be excellent for the indoor use... not sure why bother.

Very cool, now my water stays colder longer in my Nalgen water bottle. The D ring makes it easy to fasten to your pack, camera strap, or belt with a Carabiner. I will defiantly be ordering another.

This does everything I hoped it would. I use my Nalgene in the office and on the trail. In the office the sleeve keeps my bottle from sweating when I fill it from the water cooler. I haven't used it on the trail yet, but my hope is the sleeve will help keep my water cooler in the summer, and help prevent or delay freezing in the winter.
