The Go-Girl is advertised for a variety of uses (traveling, water sports, concerts, when restrooms are too disgusting to use, etc.) but so far I have only used mine while out backpacking, and I LOVE it. Now I don't have to get out of the tent in the middle of the night when it's cold and rainy, I just whip out my Go-Girl and pee into a bottle. It's easy to use, and doesn't make a mess (you might miss a drop of pee here and there, no big deal).

I bought the Go Girl for my hike up Kilimanjaro; thinking that it would come in handy for the many times when a bathroom wasn't available. Unfortunately, the material is so flimsy that you almost always have leakage around the rim. The spout is way too short; you have to have a bottle or cup to urinate into or else you get it all over your clothes. And you still have to pull your pants all the way down to put it in place. It's advertised as being "neat", "discreet" and "hygienic", but urine all over your clothes is anything but that!!!

I love GOGirl!
When I first purchased it, I was very skeptical based on mixed reviews. Some people seemed to love it, others mentioned leaks, etc. I practiced at home in the shower before I officially had to use it while camping. I would recommend this to anyone who purchases GoGirl. It's easy to use, and I haven't experienced any leaks at all! I am extremely happy with this product- it makes life a lot easier!
