This is my third pair of Moabs. Most comfortable shoes I've worn. Solid enough for hiking back country in the Canyonlands and comfortable enough for daily use. For serious set conditions get the Gortex version. They are lasting me about ten months each pair.

I can't really fully review the boots because I haven't pushed them yet. I have worn them in my everyday life and find them to be comfortable, lightweight, and durable so far. I am planning a hiking/fishing trip to Baxter State Park in May. That should be a true test. We'll be hiking about thirty plus miles that week with mid weight packs.
I'm hopeful that they will be easier on my legs than my heavy logging boots.

Here's the skinny. I'm type 2 diabetic and need to pay particular attention to my feet.
I need to keep my feet DRY and comfortable. If you get tired of sweaty feet and any problems with athlete's feet, these Merrell's foot the bill. They are the best I've found at keeping my ten digits dry. Toes stay free of excessive moisture and the shoes are very comfortable to boot! The price is very affordable also.
