Pros

- Good stiff sole
Cons
- A bit too low
- Too wide at heel
Best Uses
- Casual Wear
- LIGHT HIKING
Comments about PATAGONIA Women's Drifter A/C Gore-Tex Shoes:
Be sure to order a WHOLE SIZE UP for this shoe. Unfortunately, that means the shoe is a bit too wide, especially at the heel, for a woman. This cuts down on stability. Also, I have to keep tightening the laces throughout my hike; not sure why. Otherwise, the main feature of this shoe for me is the good stiff sole (stiff last) which means it is good for an all day light hike, unlike any other low hiker I have found. I did put Smartfeet in it, however. Also, the waterproofness is nice, although I haven't had them long enough to see how well the Gore-tex holds up.
