When I went to EMS yesterday, I found two bags that were completely different but both labeled as the Brighton bag. The description online matches one of the bags, but this is not the same bag in the pictures online. The bag in the pictures does not have padding, the fleece lined pocket, or the expandable water pocket. It's also made of a different material--not nylon.
I prefer the design of the bag in the pictures and am thinking of getting it. Some of the features of the other Brighton bag are nice too so it's a hard decision.

Just enough room for iPad and essentials without being overweight. Side pocket perfect for water bottle or umbrella.
There seems to be two slightly different versions, bought mine at local store, has embroidery, not screen print which I prefer. Hang tag was incorrect about some features but not a big deal. Perfect for what I bought it for.

I love this bag, it seems like great quality and there are way more pockets than I realized when I first bought it. I can fit a lot of stuff. When its empty I can compress it pretty small to stuff into a backpack which is super helpful. I started sewing on my own decorations (as in the photo) and plan to add more. I'm really happy I bought this!

I use this bag mostly everyday now. I bought it because I had originally carried around a regular shoulder strap pocketbook and I was having back problems. Now I just sling my bag across my chest and it is so comfortable and I can carry everything in it. Plenty of compartments so you can keep things organized in there. I love this bag!!!

I love this bag. I usually avoid adjustable shoulder straps on bags -- more than 99% of the time, the buckle lands in an uncomfortable -- or downright painful -- spot on my shoulder when the strap is set to the length I want -- but the strap on this bag is the perfect length, and more comfortable overall than such straps usually are for me.
Size-wise, the bag is like a Quidditch World Cup tent or Hermione's beaded bag (gratuitous Harry Potter references -- yeah, well) in that it holds a lot more than expected from its external apearance, and still looks streamlined, with room to spare.
Finally, there is a wonderfully designed pocket located just under the strap attachment on one side, the perfect size and shape and place for carrying a water bottle, coffee cup, or umbrella.
Purple lovers, be forewarned, however: "Purple Potion" is really a dark burgundy plum hue, misleadingly named and much darker and redder in person than it appears in the picture here.
