I drink a lot when I play tennis and the hydro-flask has a large (40oz) capacity.I prefer cold drinks and it keeps drinks cold for many hours.
Don't think it would be good for women because of its size and weight.

This has been a lifesaver! I love my Hydroflask and have told many of my friends and family members to purchase one. I was hesitant to pay so much for a water bottle but this is NO ordinary bottle. It keeps water ice cold for hours, even if the bottle is laying in the direct sunlight on a July afternoon. If you're on the fence, just make the investment as it will save you money in the long run. I am SO happy with my Hydroflask!

I live in the desert...we need cold water at our fingertips. The Hydro Flask retains ice for over 24 hours. Amazing!!

For keeping cold beverages cold it exceeded my expectations, laid on a 90 degree beach all day with the bottle filled with ice, Stoli and OJ, by late afternoon the ice was still in the bottle, no liquid though but it was ready to chill another round

This is a great leap forward for water bottles. I was skeptical about the nearly $40 price tag, but the thought of a bottle which could retain hot/cold temps and not cause condensation or burn my hands was appealing. Been using it a week with ice water and hot tea and I'm very impressed. The only downside I can think of is that it's a bit heavier than a typical bottle due to the double-wall, but that's necessary for the vacuum insulation layer. It's basically a thermos the way it's shaped and constructed--A bit longer and narrower than a nalgene bottle, but it actually fits in more car and chair cup holders as a result. The wide-mouth seems to fit my Nalgene cap, so I assume it will work with most other Nalgene-cap accessories such as water filters.

I was surprised to read on the tag that came along with it that they're not dishwasher safe. I can understand not putting the plastic lid in there, but the stainless shouldn't pose a problem, right? Anyway, get yourself a scrub brush because you're not getting your hand past the opening of this even if you could squeeze into a nalgene.

If they find a way to shave down on the weight a bit and not lose functionality, it gets 5 stars.

We use the hydroflask when we do our river trips with our kayaks. It keeps cold water and ice cold for well over 12 hours. I even added water that was sitting in the sun in the kayak several hours later and the bottle instantly made the water cold.. Amazing.. won't leave home without it.

I fill this with water and ice cubes and bring it with me everywhere. I can leave it in a vehicle or out in the sun in 100+ weather and still have a cold beverage usually with ice cubes left in it. And with the double walled stainless steel it doesn't sweat and stays dry.
