I'm a "beginner" indoor climber. I was looking for a harness that is comfortable and affordable. This fit the bill. It gives me good fit and ease of movement while both climbing and belaying. I've taken a couple falls on both ends of the line and I get good force distribution through the entire harness without any pinch points. The only drawback that I can find is that I might like to have the leg loops tighten down a little more. I max them out and there's still a little room to move, not so loose that I'd fall out, but I could use a little more strap to tighten down
