Discover winter in the mountains with the Atlas 10 Series Snowshoes, now with a heel lift bar to relieve strain on the uphill.

    Features/Benefits:

    • Spring-Loaded Suspension keeps the snowshoe close underfoot for easy maneuvering and suspends your foot so it can move freely with its intended articulation
    • Suspension absorbs impact and lets your foot flex naturally side-to-side for a comfortable, stable position on traverses and uneven terrain
    • Suspension enhances traction control, too, as the flex provides deeper crampon penetration into the slope, especially on steep or off-angle terrain
    • On steep climbs, the heel lift bar reduces calf fatigue while allowing the heel crampon to remain active
    • Aluminum V-frame produces an efficient, natural stride
    • V-shape tracks straight in deep snow
    • Tapered tail pulls less snow as you step forward, saving your energy
    • Flexible Nytex decking is forgiving and quiet when hiking in the cold, providing durability without the weight
    • New Wrapp Swift binding blends comfort with ease of use provided by a positive toe locater and EVA padding
    • SureClick urethane buckle snaps positively and holds your heel securely
    • Stainless steel All-Trac toe crampon provides traction in all directions
    • Tempered steel Traverse Trac rail crampons

Comments about ATLAS Women's Elektra 1027 Snowshoes:

These snowshoes are replacing very low tech Yukon Charlie's I've had for 7yrs. Love everything about these snowshoes except how much snow they kicked up to the top, back part of my thigh when I was walking on flat sections. I don't always like to wear snowpants to go, and I was SOAKED. Especially compared to my cheapo snowshoes. I think I am going to exchange these for a different pair/brand. Don't know what I'd say for bottom line; try for yourself? Maybe it's just how I walk.

Comments about ATLAS Women's Elektra 1027 Snowshoes:

Used twice. First time packed trail, binding on back boot kept coming loose. Second time used in deep snow, same problem. Had to send them back.
