Nice rope, especially for the money

Pros

  • Good Value
  • Handles well

Cons

    Best Uses

    • Trad climbing

Nice handling rope for the money. It does need to be unrolled when new - not one of those ropes you can climb with right out of the wrapper, but not a big deal. I screwed up the unroll toward the end and got a few kinks, but those worked themselves out after a couple long rappels. Love bipattern ropes - easy to find the middle, even in low light. Bonus, the rope came with an ok rope bag with a tarp built in. Haven't owned this long enough to comment on durability, but no problems in the first few weeks. I'd give it 5 starts, but haven't owned it long enough.
