I bought this shirt a couple of months ago. I like everything about it EXCEPT that the sleeves "pleated", the entire legth, when the shirt was washed. The body of the shirt was fine. Not the sort of shirt I would expect to iron! If neatness in a super casual, nice-looking, shirt is important you are probably going to need to do this.

I now own two, in different colors. They are comfortable and well-fitting, though I often do one roll on the cuffs. They don't wrinkle much wearing, though they do need ironing after washing (I hang dry generally). I just came back from Asia, and they were great, lightweight shirts that I wear layered over a nice t-shirt, both buttoned and unbuttoned.
