Zippers and zipper pulls are too small to manipulate w/ gloves on, even main zipper is hard to start w/ bare hands. Makes this a bad choice for venting during very active sports like x-c/alpine skiing.
Also, there is only one velcro closure at neck, none down the body, you have to zip up and down from the bottom (see above). Not a good choice for hiking, etc. in the rain when you want some closure but also breathabiity in light rain and wind.
