I wear this shirt to work and it is the right level of casualness for after work too. It is a comfortable warmth for indoor air conditioning. It is cool for outdoors hot weather. It washes well though I've only washed mine a couple of times. The length is a little bit long (I'm 5'1") and it hangs down over my pants waist a little farther than I would have chosen. All in all a very good shirt - I would not have known from the way it looks online. I ordered one in every color.
