I bought these for a birding trip to the Ecuadorian Andes and they were great. These pants are a perfect thickness for colder climates, but also worked well in warm, humid areas as well. The fabric is very comfortable while at rest and while hiking and the material feels pretty rugged. They look pretty sweet as well, at least on me :)
I liked them so much I bought the other color pants after getting back home.
