Comments about MOUNTAIN HARDWEAR Men's Effusion Hooded Jacket:

I think gore tex could have some competiton. This jacket breathes really well. I used it during a somewhat warm day and sweat buildup inside the jacket was minimal. Sleeves were a little different. Had a bit more sweat build up there. Nothing bad, but noticeable. Zipper is a little small, and hard to get started, but not a show stopper. I was looking for a running/bike jacket with a hood that was waterproof and breatheable. This fit the bill nicely.
