This harness is great for anyone like me who falls right between a small and a medium for Black Diamond harnesses. It keeps everything centered chich can makes it easier to use. I use this harness for top roping in gyms right now, but I think it will work well outdoors when I get a chance, and it seems to be an all around okay harness for most types of climbing. It has a good haul loop that is useful for a chalk bag in the gym and is 13kN rated just in case you actually want to use it for anything that will induce a load. My only negative thought is about the leg loop adjustment. The plastic leg adjustment buckles and elastic system seem flimsier than the rest of the harness, but haven't given me any problems. There isn't anything that will wow you about this harness, but not much to complain about either. I'm happy with the purchase.

this is an awesome harness! i bought this because i needed a harness and i didn't want to spend $100 on one and i had heard good things about the momentum series so i went for it and it was one of the best decisions i have made for climbing.
