I used this product to go hiking and travel around central america. They held up well against the elements and did not retain odors even after being out of reach of a washing machine for three weeks. I did find that the waist stretched out, so I'd recommend buying a belt. However, I loved everythng else, especially the roll-up feature. Overall, thumbs up!
