Comments about LEATHERMAN Juice Xe6 Knife:
I bought this for an extended motorcycle trip of Europe, many countries of which don't allow locking blades. I was skeptical about the other functions like the serrated blade and file for example, but instead of going for a simpler Juice I went for this one. A week and a half into my trip, I needed to widen a slot on a steel bracket and the file was the only tool available which fit in the slot. It actually did a pretty good job. I've also used the serrated edge quite a bit, it's pretty sharp, and of course the pliers. I've been impressed so far with how well this thing is made and although I'm generally a full toolbox kind of guy, it's not a bad combination tool.
Pros
- Awl
- Diamond File
- Extra Small Screw Driver
- Regular knife blade
Cons
- Cheaper corkscrew assist
- No Ruler
Best Uses
- All around everyday carry
Comments about LEATHERMAN Juice Xe6 Knife:
This Juice XE6 is a replacement for my lost Flair which has been discontinued. IMO, that was the best pocket tool ever. Also I don't trust the belt clip on the sheath
I would have much preferred a belt loop. I like the diamond file, awl, small screw driver, and regular knife blade. I don't like the cheapened corkscrew assist and the lack of a ruler, nor the aluminum scales that replaced the stainless scales.
