I bought the PAS22 for use as a safety tether when setting up topropes at the cliffs. It feels like you could hang a pickup truck off of it if you had to. The individual links fold up very compactly for storage, or for keeping out of the way of other gear when climbing. Good stuff! It's a little pricey, but my life is easily worth it!

I mainly use this for self anchoring. It's great because it is stronger than a conventional daisy chain and it's also perfect in length. Other daisy chains are sometime over 50" in length and unless you are a giant you will always have your locker on a weaker part on the chain. I'm 5'10" and it gives me exactly the right amount of length I would ever need.

Way safer and less bulky than your traditional Daisy Chain.. You dont have a the chance of breaking a 4kN loop and sliding off the end because each loop is 22kN alone

It's nice to have one (or more) of these on your rack when you're out and about. It's quite a bit stronger than a daisy chain so the added peace of mind is a plus.
