I originally was looking for a GTX/vibram combo - tried on about 9 different pairs - nothing that fit right. I wear a 11women or an 9men. I grabbed Salamon Fastpacker Men -size 9- and it fits like a glove- Most comfortable hiking boot EVER.
However, the upper part of the lacing seems to miss an eylet. Can never get the shoe to stay close around my ankle. Don;t really care for the closure-system on the shoe either. Tried the discovery as an extra pair- but they just don't feel the same- and are not tru to size. So, I am out here looking for another Fastpacker, men 9- but there are non out there...Not sure how the Fastpacker women fits compared to the men- guess I will never know- since I have petite submarines as feet (11women-9men) lolo
