I normally wear a size 6.5. These felt like they were a whole size too big. I returned them and chose a Keen style. One concern was that the front of the shoe gaped away from my toes, causing me to trip while walking around the house. I'm not sure if this would have been fixed with a smaller size but did not take a chance. The style does not wrap around the toe, or have a thong style at toes, which is usually how these type of sandals stay on your feet. The cloth band wraps higher up on the foot.

I've been looking for a pair of black sandals for 3 years, these are sturdy enough to go on a light hike with my kids but cute enough to wear with a casual skirt around town. They both rubbed a bit on my pinky toe, I loosened them quite a bit and they have been great since. I couldn't find these at any store so was hesitant to just order them blind-so glad I did!

Love this shoe for casual wear. Comfortable and more feminine than the average Teva/Chaco. The ankle strap does work itself loose at times and need snugging maybe a couple of times a day...but that's the only con I can identify. Grippy soles, even on slightly damp rocks, but did not grip on underwater rocks that were slick...almost went in the drink! Overall, would buy these again.

These shoes look so cute, and the the sole is very comfortable. Unfortunately, the straps on these sandals loosen with each step. Not so much that they'll fall off, but it's maddening to have to stop every ten steps to tug at them.
