For a women I have big feet (size 10), but they are not wide feet and are narrow in the heel. I purchased them for backpacking, hiking, and future jobs that require polishable brown boots. The boot fit perfectly everywhere except...when the boot cuts at the upper section where the toes are it really squished my little toes from the sides to the point that I had to return them. Sad because there are not many vibram rubber, brown polishable boots out there for narrow heel size 10 women's feet. However if your little toes are not squished when you buy this boot then I would highly recommend them to any outdoors woman; they are sturdy, supportive, lace to keep everything in place, have beastly Vibram tread, otherwise comfortable, and felt amazing.
