My feet have been in shoes for fifty years, thought I would try a different experience and try to strengthen my feet in the process. So far so good. Takes time to get use to but wear them around the house all the time, can't wait for warmer weather to try some hikes in them. Tough to get on and off but I think I have figured it out.

I use these shoes to do the INSANITY work out program. It was an ideal workout experience with these given that they are super lightweight. I was able to do many of the exercises more quickly, allowing me to get more out of my workout. Running in them took a little while to get used to. I even wear these ti run errands and get tons of complements. I highly recommend this model specifically because it is more breathable and this design protects your toes more than the last Kimodo type.
