Needed a decent shoe for hiking in Maine as a summer camp counselor. I went on my first three mile hike of the summer and lost traction constantly (although the terrain was dry). Might recommend it for concrete walks with dry terrain.

This is a great shoe if you like alot of traction. It's a great light-weight shoe for on and off road that provides a soft ride(easy on the knees). I've been buying this model for years and the fit has been fairly consistent. Great in wet conditions and also in winter in snow (and not too hot in summer).
I am 5'1" and 120lbs - Not sure this would be a good shoe for a heavier runner.
