My friend was so jealous on our weekly dog hike, he bought one himself for the following week.
Only complaint is you have to cycle through all the light options each time you turn it off and back on to get to your desired light option.

The light is great to have since it is lite and directional. A choice of bright narrow beam for close work and a two LED for general work. I didn't need the dimming feature but when I go away to a country with no street lights I will use it to save on batteries.
