For my narrow feet, these trail shoes are perfect. After very slowly building myself up to run in these minimalist shoes, my feet feel better than they've ever felt in my life, despite being in my forties :-) My arch strength is way better than it ever was, and it's changed the way I walk and run. There's little protection against stones, but it hasn't been a problem for me. Running off-road in them is amazing - I have way more stability than traditional padded running shoes since my feet can adapt to the surface I'm landing on, and I am totally in contact with every variation under-foot.

These sheos are excellent for grass, woods, terrain, forest.I would save them for that in my opinion, because the treads will wear out quicklhy if you use them on pavement.
i also recommend them for training shoes. i had a pair and practiced martial arts in the woods with them. i also ran and walked the trailsofthe woods with them.
This is an excellent shoe. I do not have much moneyto spare, so I realised that iwould need to return this shoe to get another that would last me a longer time.
After useing them much, you will soon see they are falling apart. they fall apart at every place whwere it is put together,. it will fall apart, before it will tear a hole or rip. sign of poor construction. but this is a minimalist shoe
I recieved the shoes throught the mail and i noticed that a corner of one of the treads had already started to peel off. BAD SIGN.
but if you go through many shoes, have much money to spend, or you plan to beat these shoes up. THEY WILL BE GREAT FOR YOU!
It is a TRUE MINIMALIST SHOE. it barley adds weight to your body. when i lift my feet from the ground, i do not feel the weight of the shoes.
The cushioning is thin, but this is a minimalist shoe so you cannot have too much cushioning or youwill sacrifice the light-weight.
they a bit narrow in my opinion. i have quite a thin foot though. my foot has such little fat you can see veins and tendons. also my foot does not have bigor strong muscles. i wear a size 12 and it squeezes my foot over a while of using them. it squeezes only and particularly one inch back from where my toes meet the body of my foot
