Got a chance to demo this boat in a lake setting. I instantly fell in love. With the skeg up it was lively, edged easily and turned on a dime. With the skeg down I was able to keep up with a fellow paddler in a 14.5 foot touring boat without having to over paddle or have him slow down. I plan on purchasing one as soon as I am able.

Great crossover adept in running water fun on a lake. I'm 140 lbs and this kayak is stable yet agile. You can play and you can coast, handles remarkably true, low wind profile and a workout in choppy water. If want to do both lake and river try it.
