I PURCHASED THESE FOR CROSS COUNTRY SKIING. THEY ARE SO COMFY I WEAR THEM FOR EVERYTHING OUTDOORS FROM SNOW SHOVELING TO WEARING OVER MY WORK CLOTHES FOR A WARMER COMMUTE. ERRANDS AROUND TOWN , WALKING THE DOG- THE DOG WISHES SHE HAD A PAIR -WARM, STRETCHY, COMFORTABLE, POCKETS GALORE ! AND THEY WORK WELL FOR MY WINTER XC SKI ADVENTURES TOO.

These pants have great versitility. The lining is soft and cozy while the outer material is sleek and flattering. I wear them hiking, shoveling, snowshoeing, around the house, and even on casual work days. I'm 5'7" and 130 lbs, the size small fit well (medium was way to big). My only wish is that the inseam was a 32", the 31" is a little short with certain shoes/boots. Otherwise, I highly recommend these pants.
