Comments about Eastern Mountain Sports EMS Women's Altitude 3-in-1 Mittens:
I bought these before my ski trip this month and they were worth every penny. The mittens are waterproof, very warm and soft, and have an easily adjustible pull string at the wrist (which can also be used to wrap around your arm if you are afraid of losing the mitts on the mountain while skiing, snowboarding, or riding the lifts). Along with the mitts comes a very warm, stretchy pair of gloves which can be worn inside the mitten or on their own. I found this second layer very useful, so my hands weren't completely bare if I had to remove the mitts to adjust my boots, etc. I have very petite hands that make it difficult to war many standard sized gloves, but the XSmall here was a good fit. Highly recommend.
Pros
- Etips On Liner Gloves
- Liner Gloves Are Nice
- Warm
Cons
- Long Cord Gets In The Way
- No Hook Or Clip To Attach

Comments about Eastern Mountain Sports EMS Women's Altitude 3-in-1 Mittens:
I usually wear gloves when skiing but my fingers tend to get cold. I'd heard mittens are warmer and decided to try them. I was glad I made the purchase and the liner gloves with the mittens did keep my hands warm. Although, it was only in the 20's and not bone chilling cold. I only wished there was a clip on each mitten so I could clip them together or on my coat when I wasn't wearing them. I used the cord but it was too long and awkward.
Pros
- Dry
- Warm
Cons
- bulky

Comments about Eastern Mountain Sports EMS Women's Altitude 3-in-1 Mittens:
The liner gloves are great! I find myself wearing them for everyday errands. I do wish the connectivity dot was larger, but hey, I can answer my phone without fumbling to take the glove off
The combo with the mittens over gloves are warm, and great for some situations (waiting outdoors for way too long in 12 degree weather). However, they are really much too bulky for doing almost anything. Can't even build a good snowball in them.
I've yet to wear just the mittens. But bet I will when I leave the gloves in a coat pocket not with me.
