I recently bought these poles from EMS online and took them for a multi-day snowshoeing trip in the mountains outside Quebec City. Extending and adjusting these poles is super fast and easy, even with gloves on. I love the calibrations that make it simple to adjust to the right height every time. Once you're out on the trail, these are lightweight but sturdy and comfy. The poles really helped me out on steep slopes in the snow. I recommend them to snowshoers. Be sure to buy some extra powder baskets and take them with you just in case you loose one in deep snow.
