The jacket fits me perfectly, as a woman with hips. I found when it was cold out, I needed to wear another layer like a sweater under it, but there is room to do so. The hood is warm and large, but there is no way to cinch it or tie it to keep it on, and with the "fur" on (it is removable) it really cut peripheral vision. I wish it had a strap to adjust the size. These are minor things, though and I am so glad I dumped my old, heavy, shapeless jacket with a zipper that never worked well for this light, reasonably warm comfy jacket.

This is a wonderful jacket - very warm on cold days but lightweight enough for milder winter days too. Removable hood is very handy. Light color is great without ever looking dirty as some white coats can. Love this coat.
