Online the hat appears as fuschia and wine colored. The color description is "trillm/zin". OK..maybe 'trillium & zinnia'??, either way PINK flower colors. I looked offsite for further explanation but could not find any. Upon receiving it, it is actually red and sort of a rusty burgundy color - rats. The recipient is a 5 y/o girl. The size XS/S is probably a little small for her long term,too. I called EMS, they were fantastic. The woman took my info and was going to go scouring the office looking for rather it was mis-marked or if she had a pink one in some store, nice woman. In the mean time, she said there was no time limit on returns and I could return it at any EMS store. In a few weeks I am intending to do that. Maybe in person I will have better luck with colors.
