    I work in a freezer at below zero with high power fans on, I also bought the pants and socks to go along with the shirt. I could not get rid of the chills once I went into the freezer, but now I stay nice and warm. Just letting you know, I am 5' 4" and 110 lbs. You can't go wrong. I figure if they don't work I would take them back, you got nothing to lose!
