Comments about Kuhl KÜHL Men's Alpenwurx Jacket:
I've used the KÜHL Men's Alpenwurx Jacket (a) as an everyday jacket to keep warm throughout the North Carolina fall, early spring and relatively temperate winter seasons and (b) for both casual and semi-formal occasions (e.g., a dinner out with family and friends or matinee of a live theatrical production). The jacket is functional, quite warm and looks great (especially with a colorful cashmere scarf). While all-good most of the time, the jacket - by itself - may not be a good choice for very chilly or windy days. However, with a good thermal base layer, sweater and scarf, the jacket has (almost always) served its functional purpose of providing warmth and looks great on top of it all.
Pros
- Warm
Cons
- runs a little big
Best Uses
- Casual
Comments about Kuhl KÜHL Men's Alpenwurx Jacket:
Great looking jacket. I was a little surprised by how thick the jacket was. I am 6' 160 lbs and a medium is almost too big Thumb holes are not useful, they just make your wrists cold
