Comments about SALOMON Women's XR Mission Trail Running Shoes, Pewter/Papaya:
I walk on rugged, wooded trails about an hour twice a day with my Labrador. I have leg and back problems and need something very confortable and flexible, not stiff. These are perfect. I put a heel lift in one shoe and it's still comfortable. I immediately bought a second pair.

Comments about SALOMON Women's XR Mission Trail Running Shoes, Pewter/Papaya:
I bought these shoes for the trail, however they are great on the road on the way there too. Being super lightweight I had no issues on the track with them once I broke them in, and their wide surface on the bottoms with the rugged tread made them great for the trail as well. I really like how narrow the backs are, they really conform to your feet and grip your heels so they don't slide around when you run, which was perfect for trail runs- all the while remaining comfortable. The laces are a nice touch too. All in all, these shoes are perfect.

Comments about SALOMON Women's XR Mission Trail Running Shoes, Pewter/Papaya:
I am disabled and own two high energy labradors. I looked for a long time for something I could use on the trails with my dogs and was ready to give up when I came across these trail running shoes! They are everything I could want and need, right down to not having to lace them up. You won't go wrong whether you are abled or disabled. 3 abled friends i hike with purchased these after seeing mine and love them.

Comments about SALOMON Women's XR Mission Trail Running Shoes, Pewter/Papaya:
This is a great shoe--lightweight yet rugged enough for trail use. Fun colors and easy on and off. The sizing just wasn't right for my foot--on the wide side.

Comments about SALOMON Women's XR Mission Trail Running Shoes, Pewter/Papaya:
I use an orthotic and it was a bit tight at first. I am still having a bit of a problem releasing the lace locking mechanism. Have gotten a lot of notice at the gym (not my intention.)

Comments about SALOMON Women's XR Mission Trail Running Shoes, Pewter/Papaya:
I bought this shoe for walking and light trail running and found them to be well-made, light, and very comfortable. The friction is good but not as good as I expected from Salomon in a trail runner. Will keep it for street walking and light hiking but wouldn't rely on these in the mountains.
