These are really good quality and really let you feel the ground. They may not be very comfortable if you aren't into the barefoot thing. I also found they run rather large. I guess I was not real sure about my shoe size plus I had heard these would run small so I went with a size that ended up being way to large. I had to exchange them for the next size down and I think they are still kind of large but I may still be growing so I thinks it is okay. The sole has great traction and I think it will last/wear really well.
