Comments about TEVA Women's Jordanelle Winter Boots:
I really wanted to love these boots, but the plastic on the heel dug into my achilles tendon in a really awkward way that felt like a manufacturer's defect and the left boot would kind of creak with every step. It sounded as if the sole of the boot and the upper section had not been properly built. These may both be issues that were specific to the pair I bought, but they are also REALLY SQUEAKY when they get wet and then you walk on tile or concrete or any industrial flooring like you find in a mall or a hotel or school. They were so loud, it was actually embarrassing to walk into a building from outside after I had worn them in the rain or snow. No good for a boot that designed for bad weather.

Comments about TEVA Women's Jordanelle Winter Boots:
I have used them a lot recently, walking in deep snow, and they work as they should. Once I did not close the outer layer properly and snow fell between the outer and the inner layer, but my feet never got wer. I use the inner layer indoors, or inside oversized boots, and that worked too. Finally they do not look too big so I also wear them to work with a skirt (although I get too warm in them when I am indoors all day). They are comfortable with many different types of socks. A really good buy!
