I reluctantly enjoy the honesty this device,makes me aware of the fact that, I dont exercise enough,it is a great tool to increase my goal intent, and recommend to all couch potatoes,like myself who need a little encouragement to push harder

It has more functions than I need, but I'm learning to use them. I clip it to my waist or slip it in a pocket and just go about my day. It resets at midnight automatically. Can be charted day to day in computer.
