This is a nice product. On the expensive side, but so far I am happy with it. I use it immediately after workouts when I have knee pain.
Pros - you can move around during icing, unlike using frozen vegetables or ice pack where you have to sit or lie down. It also provides good compression during icing.
Cons - on the expensive side, hard to put on, not yet sure how long the ice pack will last before tearing.
Overall, I'm quite satisfied.
