This product does not maintain heat for more than 10 minutes and it never gets hot enough to be "therapeutic". Also, it covers the upper back but not the neck. I find that the product doesn't really work unless you sit back and lean on the heating pad, which I could do with any inexpensive pad. I splurged on this one bc I thought I could sit at my computer or walk around while wearing it. I expected more for the high price tag.
