Comments about SEA TO SUMMIT Reflective Accessory Cord, 3 mm:

Great small accessory cord, very strong, holds knots well, looks good, and is subtle but retro-reflective. Great for lanyards for small items, zipper pulls, or lightweight tent guy lines (though I prefer bright orange cord for that, Kelty lightline is the best I've seen). I've also used this to replace the metal binding on small spiral-bound notebooks! (The cord doesn't come undone or get stuck the way metal does, it's more compact, and it looks cool!).

Overall, this is great small accessory cord. There are plenty of uses where you will want thicker cord for strength or ease of working with. For example to rig tarps, setup clotheslines, or general lashing, this is too thin in my opinion. While it might be strong enough, it's so thin that it's like wire. It's a dense weave, cuts well with trauma shears, and the cut end is easily melted with a lighter.

Also, this is definitely NOT 3mm, that description is incorrect. The package says 1.8mm.
