If you've been looking for a fast-and-light pack, then the Granite Gear Leopard VC 46 is the pack for you! This pack's super lightweight frame provides plenty of support, and can be removed to cut weight for a more minimalist feel.Features/Benefits:
- Lightweight Vapor Current (VC) suspension features a cushioned back pad with molded-in ventilation channels and a full-length HDPE die-cut sheet under the backpanel
~ Ventilation channels promote evaporative cooling by allowing air to circulate from bottom to top so you stay drier and more comfortable
~ HDPE die-cut sheet supports loads up to 35 lb.; can be removed for a more minimalist pack (pack will support up to 25 lb. without the frame sheet) - Dual-density shoulder straps and hipbelt provide lightweight comfort; load lifter straps on the shoulder straps and adjustment straps on the hipbelt offer fine-tuned load distribution
- Roll-top closure (similar to a dry bag) helps protect your gear from the elements
- Floating lid provides an extra layer of protection against the elements, but can be removed to reduce pack weight
- Side compression straps help reduce pack volume, improve load stability, and can be used to attach extra gear
- Front flap offers a quick way to stash a jacket or other layers
- Mesh pocket inside the lid, zippered pocket on the exterior of the lid, stretch woven zippered front pocket, and stretch woven side pockets provide ample storage for smaller gear
